Dimitris,
When it comes to finding the sell condition I think it is covered in
the article behind the link you provided the other day:

In that article tom DeMark comments both buy and sell conditions. I
have only read the article very fast, but I guess it's pretty much
the same reasoning, but opposite, for sell.
