Jason,
Before looking at the details, write something you like to plot, it 
plots nothing as is.
Do you prefer something like
Plot(C,"",1,64);
PlotShapes(shapeUpArrow*triggerl, colorBrightGreen, 0,C-ATR(1) );
PlotShapes(shapeDownArrow*triggers, colorRed, 0,C+ATR(1) );
or something like that ?
