AFL -- ACCDISTIn trying to code
Accumulation/Distribution by hand, I find I can't match the values from
the internal ACCDIST code. Can someone tell me what formula is
used. I'm using (C-O)/(H-L)*V. I've tried summing over many
different intervals, and still no match. Thanks for any
