You could perhaps try these

N = 5;
MyCross = Cross(MACD(),Signal());
MySignal = sum(MyCross,N) ;
BuyCond = MySignal > 0;


Or


N = 5;
BuyCond = MACD()>Signal() and ref(MACD(),-N) < ref(Signal(),-N) ;


Of course you could shorten this to remove some lines, but I like to see
things spelt out, easier to check for errors and logic.
