Thanks for replying. I didn't think of that, but it may work. I
found another way around it.
One of the problems that I had was that I had changed the ticker
symbol of the stock already in the main database and I had removed
the original ticker symbol. I tried to remove the symbol from the
Portfolio function by "Selling" it, but AB didn't recognize the
symbol. So I simply added the symbol back into AB as it used to be
and the program allowed me to "Sell" the stock. Merge may have been
a better solution, however.
