For me, how much money you leave on the table is meaningless. Only
what you cash (or actually lose, not miss) has meaning.
This business will make you nuts if you worry about what you left on
the table, because today's paper will show you that you missed
literally *millions* yesterday.
What would have more meaning that the money left on the table would
be the ability to design a profitable system around this definition.
If that could be done, the money left on the table would soon be
forgotten.
