Hello,
1. It works with regular subscription. I have 1300 symbol subscription
and it works fine.
2. As to my knowleadge IQFeed offers $480/year = $40/month (pre-paid yearly) special too.
3. AmiBroker's Real-time quote window (View->RT quote)
already provides you real time level-I type display
of symbols of your choice.
