Quotes are correct in both RT quote window and chart.
The difference comes from the fact that RT quote window
is updated 5 times per second (every 0.2 sec)
while chart is updated less often (by default every 3 seconds)
but you can control chart refresh interval via
Tools->Preferences->Intraday
