I have installed the complete US Database from the Amibroker site.
One of the main headings in the Symbol pane on the left of AB
is "Indexes" (along with "All", "Markets", "Groups" etc.) How do I
enter a new index symbol under the "Indexes" heading?
Note this is different to the "Indices" heading within "Groups",
which I can access via Information.
