I have had similar problems recently. I found the following solution at the following link. Its the third message down from the top.

Hi All,
It seems that I can not view web-based _javascript_ charts anymore (Livecharts, Bigcharts Java Charts, etc). All I get is a blank box. I have checked all IE java options that I can find, and they seem to be enabled OK. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks very much!
