For anyone interested, I've posted .tls files for the SP100, SP500,
SP400 (MidCap), and SP600 (Small Cap) indices in the files section in
the folder "S&P Indices." I got the component stocks from Standard
and Poors tonight, so they should be accurate (unlike the component
listings in Yahoo).
