As far as I have determined, all of the upgrade
versions of operating systems also allow you to do a clean install, as well as
allow you to install over the top of your old operating system. At
least that is the way that XP pro upgrade TEACHERS VERSION worked for me. Ron

Subject: [amibroker] OT: Windows XP
Continuing the discussion about upgrading from ME to XP.
I've noticed thaton Ebay I can buy an upgrade to XP Pro cheaper than I can
buy a full versionof XP Home (upgrades to XP Home seem rare). As I have
my original ME disc, is there any possible downside to XP Pro(upgrade)
compared with XP Home (Full)?I have simple requirements, I don't run a
server or a home network. I AMabout to get connected via ADSL (but I don't
think it is relevant).Advice
appreciated,SteveSend
