Western European is iso-8859-1 or iso-859-15 (for euro)
BTW this one is US-ASCII (7-bit). It is also ok as us-ascii is the smallest
char code page (the minimum letters and needs only 7 bits to encode), and it
some e-mail clients automatically choose this one when there are no other as
English alphabet characters.
