Adding my 2 cents to Graham's great answer:
If you have huge MS database but groups are separated in different folders it
is easy to import symbols (note: not data, symbol only) into appropriate AB
groups by simply:
1. adding one folder only in 'configure MS plug in data'
2. Click on Retrieve symbols
3. Go to Symbol->Configure assignments, and transfer symbols from Group0 to
chosen GroupX
4. If any MS folder left to add go to (1).
