Carolyn,
It depends how organized you want to be. I've created 4 folders under the
AFL parent folder, one for each of the 4 types of AFL files that can be
created (indicators, commentaries, systems, and explorations). Under the main
Amibroker folder, I created a subfolder called Test Reports, where I save all my
reports. I'm sure others on this board do things differently. But with
Amibroker, you can do whatever fits your style. It doesn't matter.
