[amibroker] TJ or Group: Working While Downloading EOD data

Probably a dumb question but is it ok to continue working (ie going 
to other websites) while doing my daily eod download?
I don't want to corrupt my eod data. (just found a wrong 200 day m/a 
on one of my stock charts and now downloading 18 months worth of data 
on all stocks to hopefully correct)
