Hello,
There is a new modified TC2K plugin available for download
from
http://www.amibroker.com/bin/TC2K.dll
that should address all problems with fresh installation
of TCNet.
Just download it and copy to the Plugins folder.
You should see
"TC2000/TCNet plugin" listed in the "Data source" combo.
