Get AmiQuote 1.52 and in Tools -> Settings set max simultaneous
downloads to 1 and initial download delay to 750 milliseconds, this
works for me. It's important that you start with a new ip number which isn't
already blocked from yahoo otherwise you have to wait a few minutes.
