Graham,
Layout consists of not only window sizes but it also holds information about selected symbols.
This allows to create multiple symbol layouts and switch between them immediatelly.
There is no option to keep your old selection when applying stored layout because the layout
may be multi-window/multi-symbol and your current selection is one symbol only.
Best regards,

Sorry but seems I am not certain on another thing.
When I bring up a saved layout it shows the chart that was showing at the time I saved it. Is there a way to have the layout just
change with the chart open when I change to another layout?
Or again am I doing something wrong, although it seems simple enough â˜ş
Cheers,
Graham

Subject: [amibroker] Saving layouts with clone window
I am finally getting around to testing the saved layouts to see what they can do.
If I have a cloned window and save it as a layout the cloned window disappears when I open that layout again. Has anyone else found
this happening, or do I need to do something to get the clone window to save.
Cheers,
Graham
