A comprehensive article at

reminds one of the oldest enigma, the chicken and the egg.
"Cisco has said that the networking business will pick up as the
economy picks up. "
But, is CSCO a leader or not ?
Its floor profile gives almost everyday in the top volume list the
first or the second place.
When CSCO moves up, the whole market moves for 15-20 days !!
One probable answer may be found some lines later : "...routers and
switches ..."
And the question is : what shall we do until this pick up ?
Trading. [what else ?]
Any better hint appreciated.
