Yes. RSI(t)-25 is a line that is asymptotic to the
RSI^2/100 curve at RSI=50. The deviations from the
straight line to the parabola are small between
RSI=30 and RSI=70. RSI spends most of its life
between 30 and 70, so it "seems" the two functions
are "mostly true." The chart shows why.
