TCNet Plug-In

I'm a new Amibroker user. I also subscribe to TCNet (TC2000 RT 
Version). There is no plug-in available in the AB pull-down menu for 
TC2000 (or for TCNet) - when I go through the "new database"
protocol. 
Does Amibroker not support TCNet? Does it look for the TC2000 
program on the computer before it provides the plug-in? Can I 
download the plug-in from elsewhere?
