Yuki,
The window size is saved in the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/TJP/Broker/DialogXX keys.
The only reason why it is being reset is that registry access has failed.
This may be due to the access limitations (the Windows user account has to have read/write access to registry),
or system malfunction (disk failure, Windows misconfiguration).
