Hi Richard,
most programmers are only familiarwith the
C89 Sandard. However, the new C99
Standard has an excellent library of mathematical functions and even surmounts
C++ in that by far!
Meanwhile, since the evolution of C99, the
C programming language is not a subset of C++ any
more...

C/C++ isn't real strong on math functions.
might look in math.h and find something. It is probably dependant on the
version and the libraries you have available. You will likely need to
use the % operator to define your own functions.
