Dear John,
Now it is *up to you* which custom indicator is displayed
in the quick insert menu.
Please go to the Indicator Builder and you will see
the box "Show in the quick insert menu" right below indicator list.
Checking this box will include selected indicator in the
insert menu.
Now you are not limited to just first 20.
