Hi,
recently, I posted a thread with suggestion to improve the charting
interface of Amibroker.
I also read the thread of Dimitris poiting at a friendly charting
feature.

I realize there are so many charting / web site charting interface
out there, that I think we should make a list of all the charting
features you are aware of and would like to be included in amibroker.

This is not to put stress on Tomasz (I know some of the features are
scheduled for a later release) but to brainstorm all together on
making the amibroker charting interface the greatest.

Here is a summary of my (updated) ideas so far:
- Object oriented studies, so I can rework/move for example a line
study
- H,L,O,C sticking, so when I make a trend line for example, I can
stick start / end to a target
-Color palette thickness buttons so I can click on rapidly select
color / thickness without having to right click....
-Undo / redo buttons
-When I open several charts, and when I close amibroker, I'd like to
see the same charts where i've left them.
-This would be a GREAT feature: to have a minimap mode so when mode
turned on, it would display mini version of charts (like 6 per page)
of the last 3/6 months (user decide) so at a glance we could rapidly
browse trough our charts to find patterns
-Andrew Pitchwork drawing tool
-Smart horizontal line tool: define width with left/right mouse
mouvement instead of having it taking all the chart !
-Smart Fibonnacci retracement: when you draw it, move the mouse
up/down to define height, and left/right to define width so it will
not expand till the end of the chart !
-Dialogue boxes to write and point text in the chart (see example
here - scroll down until you see text boxes):

-Snapshot feature so quickly save a chart (current window) as an
image file

>From Dimitris:
Take a look at

If you move the cursor on CAC īs chart, a small circle is
following
points,
a small window gives you the time and value and two tiny arrows show
respective values on each axis.
Quite friendly, isnīt it?

Now what about you ? Do you know about something great /useful/
original/ practical that will make amibroker charting the best of the
best in this area too ?
