Hello,

If you were using AmiBroker 3.70 Full install, the *only* system files
that were updated are
MFC42.DLL 6.0.8665.0
and
MSVCRT.DLL 6.0.8797.0
(of course installer checks the version and installs only if an older one is found)

These files come from original Microsoft Redistributable run-time
files package (the whole package is there http://www.amibroker.com/bin/VCREDIST.EXE)

I have tested the setup on numerous Windows versions including NT 4 SP3 and Windows
2000 and no incompatibilities were found. I was however testing on fairly fresh installed
machines.

If you are still experiencing troubles and have an access to another NT box
you may consider copying mentioned files from one (working) machine to another
using Windows emergency disk.
In case of any questions/problems please contact me directly at: tj@xxxx

Final note:
If you were using AmiBroker 3.70 upgrade install, NO system files were updated.

Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
