Currently, yes it is.

Maybe the should but they are not. (currently)

The "refresh" problem is something to be solved in the future releases.

Currently one guru only.

You see, this is a "side effect" of adding a new feature (chart sheets).
You (in fact I) add some neat feature but soon you find out that it forces
you to adopt 100 of other places that are indirectly affected by this new feature.
Of course, I am trying to think about all consequences of changes but sometimes
I miss something (I am only a human :-)))

All I can do is to fix those issues in the next releases.
