Max,
I'm using Groups assignment to store tickers that pass an initial
filtering criteria regardless of Market, Sector or Industry
assignment. For emample, I have a group that contains just stocks
that are trading above the 200MA and have a 45MA of Volume greater
than 75,000. From this group, I do the rest of my analysis work
since it whittles down my 8000 stock database to a more manageable
number. I could also create groups for stocks that are optionable
too.
I hope this gives you a couple ideas that turn the light bulb on for
you.
