Oh I am so glad some one is trying to make sense out of this work
space/database thinge in Amibroker. I am so confused about this that
I am about to give up on the whole thing. Can some one please,
please. please explain, step by step, how one goes about creating
different database from just "one" amiquote file with thousands and
thousands of *aqh and *aqd files?. I was able to import any *tls file
I want with amiquote. Iwas even able to use the dailey quote
javascript, although it does not update my database even if it says
it is updated. Help!!!
When I try to import Ascii files for a given datbase, say DJUA that
has less than 15 files in it, I am given the option of selecting from
3000 files in Amiquote directory, never mind if it is *aqh or *aqd
file. I know this does not make sense and yet that is what I see.
when I try to update my datbase with Ascii import. This going to be
my last attempt to use this program regularly the way it is supposed.
If I can only get a good, step by step help file that allows me to
use more than 1 sets of data.....
