Dear Jacques,
You are using first release of Windows 98
(replaced recently by so-called "Second Edition")
and the error you have quoted seems to be the problem
with some components (DLLs) present on your system.
I would advise to upgrade to Internet Explorer 5 or
5.5 since it updates lots of vital system components.
