Here's my broker and industry files. Save off the original files somewhere and replace with these.
Edit the set up industries so it correctly points to the csv file.
ie the line - > var filename = "C:\\Geoff\\gm0044.csv";
Make sure you have the double back slashes. This is a java script requirement.
Open Ami and run the script.
Save the database.
You should not need to - but then shutdown Ami and reopen.
Everything should be there in the tree under sectors.
Hope that assists.
Geoff

Geoff, Ive tried to run this to no avail.
I found that the file which I would have expected to download
as "Broker.Industries", as is the native Amibroker file, is actually
a text file "Broker.txt"
When I run the .js script, having first edited the location and with
AmiBroker running, I get an error message "Syntax error, line 42,
char 7"
Am I missing something or is there a script error?
Hoping you can help.
Cheers, Max Andersen
