Thank you for your e-mail. As for downloads:
Are you using AmiQuote? Did you check the contents of downloaded AQH/AQD files?
It is possible that a network error occurred and this is the reason for your problems.

You can send the files to me (tj@xxxx) and I will tell you what is wrong.

As for one-click downloads: in the most recent issue of the newsletter I presented
a method of automating downloads for US/Canada markets, so the only thing you 
have to do is actually one-click.
