The AD line can change only if you have stocks from 
different markets OR
you watch stocks with different time scales (one stock is 
quoted more often
than another) but AD line values are truly the 
same for stocks belonging to one market.

Thanks for the explanation of the AD line. I 
have now got it to work. 
 
However, I notice that when I look at 
different stocks, the value of my AD line changes. I don't see how this can 
happen since the AD line should be independent of the particular stock I 
am looking at.
 
What is wrong?
