[amibroker] StockMaster's Import format

Hi, Tomasz:

I just had a thought about StockMaster's format. Since they don't
use this themselves anymore, why not expand it into something a
bit more useful, since it is faster than ARexx.

For instance, since I use this format to export or transfer data, it
would help if some of the secondary data could be imported, too.
This is necessary when a stock is renamed, and for other reasons,
so that the data is not lost or have to be re-entered manually.
