The NVI indicator:
If you make the height of this graph window short, AmiBroker tries to put
"0.0" below (or on top of) the lower graph index number, on the right. If
you expand the window enough, this is not visible. It is probably still there,
but it is now out of range.
Found in 2.90, and may be in 2.71.
