[amibroker] Euro converter - revision 1.02

Hello, Everyone:

Another revision to my currency converter has been uploaded to my support
site.

It has minor, but still significant changes, as explained in the docs.

I really appreciated the feedback from Saro & Achim about this. I learned some
important things from it (things with which I didn't have to handle before)
that will improve nearly *all* of my programs.
