[amibroker] Euro.converter - important update

Hello, Everyone:

A major update to the currency converter has been uploaded to my web site.
Some minor problems were also fixed.

Please inform me right away if you find any problems.

If you choose, version 1.01 will stop converting at a predetermined date.

This was a royal pain to do, and greatly complicates things, but it was very
necessary, too. Thanks, Mortillaro.
