It's a simple market sentiment measure. When the indicators break
above 80 or below 20, the market has a tendency to turn in two or
three trading days.
In this case, like Ben said, if you're long, tighten up your stops.
Personally, I'm out of the market already, so I'm looking for a place
to go short.
