April 24th. Update on the Major resistance facing the Transportation Index ...

It was exactly a week ago that we pointed out the upcoming "double test" on the Transportation Index.

It has taken a whole week for the index to test its "double resistance" levels. 

Yesterday, the Transportation index closed just below the long term resistance line. 

The test is now in full force as the Transportation stocks have to decide to plow above the resistance or fail to the downside.

If the Transports fail to trend above these resistance lines, then that will be a problem for the current rally to face.  Click on the link below for the updated chart.
