i use the perfect stop loss,so picture 4 lines on the screen,(example at price levels

 $5

5.75

6.75

7.75

price above line 1 from bottom,

so i buy  25% of position

and have buy stop for line 2 above with another 25%

once in for 50% now stop  loss is line 1 from bottom

as we go higher above line 3 i am fully invested

and stop is line 2 from bottom

when we reach intra day hi line 4 i exit 50%

and move stop to line 3 from bottom

trading a volatile stock like this needs  constant updating of your stop loss

(i use 78 min)

I use technical analysis and when I plug in one of these hot stocks my
indicators are all telling me it is over bought and I am too late. Of
course sometimes I am wrong and sometimes right, sometimes there is
another day or two left in the rise.

How do you all handle such things ?
