Was wondering what the Vince Indicator is. I thought I was familiar with most indicators but this one is new to me.

Attach is our familiar long term trading
(blue line)
its a tool i use ,,for swing trades 3-8 buss days,,
currently,,(not on an official sell) ,,is showing real bad bearish divergence,,,
the Vince indicator suggests a higher hi ,   but long term trading suggests max pain intra day  799.05 cash,
lets see which will be right
