Hmmm, are you asking me? I was not predicting a crash only reacting to another’s comment regarding DJIA 4500 with which I do not agree. I continue to see clouds forming. Hard down very soon into Feb 18 (Robert McHugh phi date) or so then up hard into mid March (Martin Armstrong PEI turn date and McHugh Phi date). Down move will test Nov 2008 lows and possibly 2002 lows. JMHO. Sorry to disappoint your spiking the ball in the end zone.

on the contrary – it stabilized yesterday at around 815 (for SPX) and is going up now

Wonder what the market will do with CA defaulting on tax refund checks come Monday. I don’t see 4500s this early in the game, but I can see some Lehman like clouds having already formed.

The behavior of the market over the last two days is scarey! There is the STRONG possible of a crash and new lows within the next 5 days. As I have said in the past, this market could botton around 4500. Of course "could" is the key word here, but the mere fact that we are talking about 4500 "could" be the low is scarey in itself. Please keep this in mind when trading over the next 5 days.
