I know that Bill had kidney cancer. He has been recovered now for many years. FYI, I know for a fact that Bill Erman and John Balsam are the same person.

Bill has some of the best timing work out there IMHO on the markets. It is even more beautiful in hindsight. His work shows the markets are perfectly ordered. It is like other timing models however. What is the best way to trade it in real time? Ermanometry had the 11-21 low to the day, the 12-12 low to the day, and the top 1-6 one day off. 1-07 was the focus day on that ezone. That is within his window of timing of one day each side on Macro ezones.

Closure, January 7 Focus Day - Next Major Ezone January 21-23

As of today, January 11, DJIA and S&P reached their intraday highs on January 6, the first day of the recent Ezone, January 6- 8, Focus Day January 7. These highs are now an important benchmark and if and when they are exceeded it would indicate the indices should advance at least another 2-5 percent within one-two weeks.

The next Major Ezone we are currently looking at is January 21-23, Focus Day, January 22. There is the possibility that Monday, January 26, will be added to this Ezone.

Bottom Line
Currently, the odds are slightly in favor of the indices declining toward the January 21-23 Ezone.

Take a look at the attached chart. This fibo sequence picked up the lows in Jan 2008, Mar 2008 & Nov 2008 off of the Oct 2007 high.

The next hits are 1/26/09 & 3/17/09.

I can make adjustments if you give me the inputs you would like to see.
