‘All Equities call/put’ was as high as 246 today while ‘All indices & ETFs’ were neutral all day (79 to 119).  My understanding is that institutions work with indices while the ‘little guy’ works individual equity securities.  If that’s true, would that say it’s the little guy buying calls today?  Contrarian bearish indicator?  Overall, the aggregate ISEE closed at 191, and once again, the 4th most bearish reading in 4 years.  Two clustered together at May 2006 preceded the 2006 mini crash.  These last couple days are a cluster that precede ????  Again, this doesn’t mean there won’t be more high ISEE readings and higher highs.  But when they end, it might get ugly.
