Out of 500 stocks,

14 closed tonight at a price higher than where they closed one year ago.

4 stocks are unchanged.

482 stocks are cheaper than they were a year ago.

Ranked #1 and #2, Rohm and Haas is up 31.9% and US Tobacco is up 20.5%.

Ranked #250 and #251, Time Warner is down 44.3% and General Dynamics is down 44.4%

Ranked #499 and #500, Genworth Financial is down 95.0% and AIG is down 96.7%
