That is a "big change" in both time and price and

are bottoming now and should head higher.

What's the time
frame for which you're calling a new bull market? All time
highs forthcoming or is the coming bull a secondary trend?
If a secondary trend or primary trend, have you given any
thought to Dow Theory and the recent confirmation of the primary
bear market?
I'd been looking
for the elusive 'c' that we got 10/10 – 10/14 and I see a higher
high above 10/14, but I don't see anything that resembles a new
bull market. Yet.

area. I am also thinking the SC idea around the 3rd is not going

I give the Bears is 10/27 Low, if we make a Higher Low at that
time, then I am on your side that 10/10/08 was a Major low. 10/10
had all the requirements for a Major Low, with the Vix spiking,
1X1 Support, the 50% retrace
