Sorry but I evidently missed the first post on this topic. Also, I don't use Outlook as it's so full of holes but if a file is missing from the folder and you can find it on the hard drive, just click on it and move it back to the Outlook folder it belongs in. If the file is no longer on the machine, download it at Microsoft's web site. If it's a data file, create a new folder for it under the main program folder. (Be sure to include the file extension).
Good luck to whoever is having this problem

As a last resort, you might try turning your computer off while Outlook is running. Not shutting down, just pressing the reboot button. This will force Outlook to rebuild its database. This might fix things. It could possibly make things worse.

For some reason I all of a sudden have a email folder that has disapeared from my Outlook Express.
I can do a search and find the DBX folder that I am missing, but it is not showing in my Outlook Express.
Does anyone know how to get that folder that is still on my hard drive back into my Outlook Express as it once was.
Thanks
