Tradestation has a full options database.

 

You can treat options the same as any symbol

but options only last for a limited period of time

unless you are looking at LEAPS.

 Anyone know of any websites where one can chart options with technical indicators like one can chart regular markets?

 Take like the qqqq.  Chart say the in the money option and be able to show indicators like you can do regular markets.

 

 Also is there anyway to download options data and then chart it on charting software like MetaStock, TradeStation etc.   I am talking about end of day option data.
