 1486.5 is resistance on the weekly charts per the method I follow. Problem with the kind of reactive methodology I follow is that even though one is aware of the resistance/support on the higher time frames , it is not known prior to them being tested how the market will fare at those levels. So if the weekly resistance comes true , I will  stick to the reactive mode and await a sell signal on the daily chart post that.

The numbers I compute are explained on the attached chart. As to the exact methodology I can't explain that. Suffice it to say it is just like any other set of moving averages. Most of the time if I listen to what they are saying they work. Sometimes they don't and thats why I need a stop loss.

Close today above 1454 S&P500 cash basis should signal the end of this correction and establish the Higher Low I was hoping to see.
